Excludes –

Any damage that is classed as fair wear and tear

Any damage that results from neglect of the periodic maintenance in the manner specified by Honda

Any damage that results from repair or maintenance performed using methods not specified by Honda

Any damage that results from use of the vehicle for race, rally or other similar competitive sports

Any damage that results from operating methods other than those indicated in the Owners Manual or use beyond the limitations or specifications stipulated by Honda eg.(maximum loadings, towing capacities ,engine speed and other )

Any damage that results from use of non-genuine fuel, lubricants and liquid agents with specifications different from those indicted in the Owners Manual

Any damage that results from modifications not approved by Honda (engine tune ups, vehicle performance modifications, reduction of lights, non standard size wheels and tyres and other changes

Any damage that results from passage of time (natural fading of painted surfaces, plated surfaces and other deterioration)

Aesthetic phenomena that do not affect performance

Any damage that results from improper storage or transport. Consumable replacement parts and lubricants.

Parts

Spark plugs, fuel filters, oil filter elements, air cleaner elements, brake shoes, brake pads, brake discs, bearings, bushes, lights (excluding sealed beam), fuses, motor brushes, ball joints, chains, cables, step rubbers, belts, tyres, hoses and other rubber parts, piston rings & clutches

Lubricants

Oil, grease, radiator coolant and other items specified by Honda

Cleaning, inspection, adjustment and other periodic maintenance items

Any parts that are deemed to be serviceable or consumable items

Expenses incidental to the warranty claim, including

Additional expenses incurred for communications, lodging, meals and other items due to breakdown of the product in a remote area

Compensation for loss of time, commercial losses, or rental costs for a substitute product during the period of adjustment

The atv is to be used in accordance of the limits and the mechanical procedures of the Owners Manual e g.(maximum loadings, towing capacities ,engine speed, use of four wheel drive differential(diff lock) etc)

The atv must not be used for race, rally or other similar competitive sports

The atv must not be modified in any way (i.e engine tune ups, vehicle performance modifications, reduction of lights, etc)

Must Check Oil and Water Levels Daily.

The following items are not covered by our warranty:

For all warranty work the ATV must be returned to our workshop for repair at the customers expense
